When you make your profile your personal information, including your real name etc. is not included. After you have gotten to know another member of Soulmates Japan and you feel comfortable to exchange contact or personal information then you are able to do so freely. Until then Soulmates Japan protects your identity completely from other members. |

Profile screening and monitoring All profiles and screened by our Japanese and native English speaking staff to eliminate any inappropriate content. Our staff also monitor the Soulmates network to ensure that nobody is misusing the service and to make sure all user information is protected. Any member found to be acting inappropriately is removed from the Soulmates network and banned from making another profile. |

Report and Feeback functionality At the bottom of all members’ profiles is a 'report' link that allows you to let us know if any member is abusing Soulmates Japan. We also have a feedback section at the bottom on the page in the 'contact us' section that allows members to contact Soulmates Japan with any queries or worries. Required membership Unlike some dating or community sites out there, we do not allow non-members or guest members to contact you unless they register with Soulmates Japan and make a profile. Their profile is then screened by Soulmates Japan staff. This way we know who members are, we have their email address and their IP address to ensure they behave appropriately. |
